BestWay Logistics Inc. provides vehicle shipping services across roads within the United States. We do not offer shipping services via sea or air.
Quotes: The price quoted for shipping services is based on the information provided by you. Any changes to the shipping details may result in a revised quote.
Payment: Full payment must be made before the shipment of your vehicle. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the booking process.
Cancellation: You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
Pickup and Delivery: We will coordinate with you to arrange pickup and delivery times. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times due to potential delays beyond our control.
Inspection: Both the shipper and the carrier will inspect the vehicle before and after transport. Any existing damages will be noted, and a condition report will be provided.
Liability: We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle or any damage to the vehicle not noted in the pre-shipment inspection.
BestWay Logistics Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
We are not responsible for any delays or failures in service due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or governmental actions.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of BestWay Logistics Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
